Podcast: Okay, I’ll Say It: Run For The Hills

Combine record-high stock prices with weak corporate earnings, a too-strong dollar and rising turmoil in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and the result is a dangerously vulnerable market. Time to go “risk-off”, in other words. But keep stacking gold and silver.

  1. During the recent past there have been mixed economic signals and the finacial markets have muddled along accordingly. Now there seems to be overwhelming “bad news” which means the Fed et al will try to juice the economy again, which should juice the markets. Not until the financial authorities lose control will the markets fall, but I don’t think we’re there yet.

  2. maybe time to buy a few options on VXX for say…. after the election Vxx below16 now…hmmm, nothing to worry about? remember last summer?
